simple concept, very effective execution. not a bit more complicated or specific than it has to be. very good arcade game! wish i could exit or restart without alt+f4.
spinning out is a fun innovation on a cooldown mechanic. it's a bit hard to see, but it beats having to look at a ui element, and the loss of control sets up some tantalizing moments of holding just a little longer than you should to get some sperms, and then reaping what you've sown

why does it say that this game is a trojan virus and a severe one at that
Unfortunately, Godot games tend to get a lot of false positives when tested with anti-virus programs. There is nothing I can do about this.
If you're worried, consider running the game in a sandboxed environment. Or don't run the game at all.
